Our Story
About Us
Our journey began in 2021 when Elaine and Renske met. United by a shared passion for helping people live more intentionally, we developed Intentional Life Design, a framework that honoured both purpose and life's natural rhythms. This personal quest for balance evolved into takt. We believe operational excellence and human wellbeing are the same problem. Solve the system, and both improve. What started as our own search for meaningful living has become our mission: creating workplaces where people feel and perform better, while driving measurable improvements in business outcomes.

About takt
Teams and individuals across every knowledge-driven industry are caught between rising demands and diminishing returns. Hidden inefficiencies in roles, workflows, and execution drain energy, blur focus, and erode output. Most solutions optimise the surface. The root causes stay untouched.
takt is the operational performance partner that diagnoses and dismantles these inefficiencies across three layers: clarity (the What), constraints (the When), and execution (the How) — all aligned to natural human rhythms through our Chrono Brain. We start with what's actually broken, then build systems that compound performance over time.
